Question: Is my ip address the same for each laptop and games console xbox 360?

Ip addresses are unique to each physical machine. that is, one machine has its own ip address regardless of any user accounts signed in. kind of like how each car has its own license plate. multiple people can use a single car, but the car always has the same unique plate.

Depends on whether you are talking about on your LAN or on the WAN (internet.) If you are talking about on your local network, no. If on the internet yes.
